Jessica Angry

I received the monthly phone bill from cingular today and was once again very upset with what I saw. I get this terrible feeling kind of like the hulk where I want to flex some muscle (muscle that i don't have by the way). Every month there is an extra charge of 12.96 for some download that never existed. So every month i call the stupid customer service number and they assure me that the money will be credited. And they do, but I am tired of getting these charges for things that i didn't download. The last representative i talked to said that m-qube (spawn of satan) does it for promotion so he kindly offered to block my internet capability. Thanks but no thanks buddy, there was another charge this month. Raar. Does anybody know how to fix this. PERMANENTLY.

    Ok Banner, heres what you do. First place the phone in your hand. Secondly, if it is a flip phone, open it, if not make sure it is on. Thirdly, THROW THAT PIECE OF CRAP UP AGAINST THE WALL AND WATCH IT SHATTER INTO A MILLION PIECES! That should permeantly fix it.     being the tight person that i am i would most likely tell them to get their stuff together or i will leave them. if they try to tell me about breaking a contract, i would tell them that you never agreed to let them steal money from you every month. and argue that point with every person you can with cingular. make sure that you use the term "STEAL". they dont like that at all.
